These Terms of Service govern your use of the SiriusWorldXM website and all related support services. By visiting our website or contacting our team you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the SiriusWorldXM website, calling our support line, or requesting any service from our team, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users and clients of SiriusWorldXM regardless of how they engage with us.
Description of Services
SiriusWorldXM is an independent radio support service. We provide the following services to vehicle owners and drivers:
- FM car radio activation and configuration for factory-fitted radio systems in all vehicle types.
- Satellite radio receiver setup, channel unlock, and signal testing.
- Subscription activation and registration for new satellite radio customers.
- Signal troubleshooting and reception issue resolution conducted remotely over the phone.
- Plan management including upgrades, downgrades, and subscription renewals.
- Vehicle transfer and deactivation support when buying or selling a vehicle with existing radio service.
SiriusWorldXM operates as an independent service and is not an official arm or subsidiary of any satellite or FM radio network.
Your Responsibilities
When using SiriusWorldXM services you agree to provide accurate information about your vehicle, receiver, and current radio service, to be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent, not to misrepresent your identity or access accounts that do not belong to you, and to use our services for lawful purposes only.
Payments and Fees
All fees for SiriusWorldXM services are disclosed clearly before any work is completed. Prices are quoted during your initial consultation and are valid for the session in question. No charges are applied without your prior agreement. Payment is due at the time of service unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SiriusWorldXM services for fraudulent purposes, to impersonate other account holders, to request changes to accounts you do not own, or to engage in any activity that could harm our staff, systems, or other customers. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we reasonably believe is acting in bad faith.
Limitation of Liability
SiriusWorldXM makes every reasonable effort to deliver accurate and helpful support. However we are not responsible for service interruptions from third-party providers, satellite signal outages, or issues outside our direct control. Our liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for the specific service session.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from your use of SiriusWorldXM services will first be addressed through direct communication with our team before any formal proceedings are considered.
